Store Policies

You can buy with confidence and trust that your item will always be the exact same item as pictured, it will be in brand-new condition, and it will ship with adequate packing to protect the item in shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Many stock items will ship within 3 days of order placement.  Some customized items may take an average of 2 weeks to create and then ship.  Large scale custom fashion items are likely to take longer than two weeks and the order processing time will then be discussed.

CUSTOM ITEMS:

Kat does work in 10 metals and also in rubber as the base of many her designs.  Customers can also choose from an extensive array of Czech pressed glass colors, 59 colors of metal rings for chainmaille designs and Swarovski crystal colors to accent their pieces.  Semi-precious stones are also available for custom pieces.  Custom work is always welcome and fun for Kat to showcase her variety of jewelry and accesory crafting talents!

SHIPPING:

--Your item will always ship in a protective pillow-shaped black gift box with red ribbon.  

--All pricing informaton will be removed.  

--The jewelry will arrive with cleaning & care insturctions and a business card with contact information.  

--Many stock items will ship within 3 days via USPS First Class mail, which reaches most US destinations within 2-7 days.

--It will likely arrive in a bubble envelope or small box from Elemental Art Jewelry, Chicago, IL.
--You may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping (arrives within 2-3 business days to most US destinations) and I will invoice you through PayPal for the additional cost. 
--You may also add insurance to your package, which will be invoiced to you. 
--International customers: I recommend that your package ships in a well-packed box and there may be additional shipping charges invoiced to you depending on your country and the size/weight of box.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

--You may receive a refund for any item within 15 days of receipt. 
--Full refunds are given for damaged in shipment products (including the shipping charge). 
--Partial refunds are given for customers who changed their mind. (This partial refund may be a low as 25% of the purchase price and will not include the shipping charge).

ADDITIONAL POLICIES and FAQ's:

--Additional length up to 2" can be added at NO additional cost.
--I will remove any amount of length needed at NO additional cost.
--All wholesale requests will be discussed and the buyer must present a contract to be signed by both parties.
--I am open to consignment if a legitimate contract is signed by both parties.
